Job Overview:

Join our team as Event Staff and be part of creating memorable experiences at our Cinco De Mayo event. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring events run smoothly.

Duties:

- Assist in event setup, including arranging furniture and decorations
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and guest satisfaction
- Support event organizers with various tasks as needed

-Making deliveries if needed. ( Must have a valid Texas Driver License.)
- Handle food service, including serving and replenishing refreshments
- Manage cash handling for ticket sales or merchandise purchases

Skills:

- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work well with children and families
- Knowledge of events management practices is a plus
- Proficiency in public speaking and engaging with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with food service procedures
- Previous experience in cash handling and guest services is beneficial

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
